Iron Ticket Promotion Rules
Official Rules for Iron Bean Coffee Co. Iron Ticket Promotions
Every now and then, Iron Bean Coffee Co. may run an Iron Ticket promotion because, apparently, coffee wasn’t already dangerous enough.
These promotions may include random prize tickets, special codes, instant-win offers, store credit, merchandise, coffee, mugs, apparel, or other prizes selected by Iron Bean Coffee Co.
By participating in any Iron Ticket promotion, you agree to the rules below.

Iron Bean Coffee Co. is referred to below as “Sponsor,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
2. Eligibility
Iron Ticket promotions are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, owners, officers, contractors, immediate family members, and household members of Iron Bean Coffee Co. may not be eligible to win, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
Promotions are void where prohibited, restricted, or taxed by law.
3. Promotion Period
Each Iron Ticket promotion will have its own start and end date.
Unless otherwise stated, the promotion begins when announced by Iron Bean Coffee Co. and ends when all available prizes have been claimed, the posted deadline passes, or Iron Bean Coffee Co. announces the promotion has ended.
Iron Bean Coffee Co. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end a promotion at any time if fraud, technical issues, supply issues, shipping problems, human error, or other circumstances affect the fairness or proper operation of the promotion.
4. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
A purchase does not increase your odds of winning.

- Phone number
- Promotion name, if applicable
Limit one no-purchase entry per person, per promotion period, unless otherwise stated.
No-purchase entries will be given the same odds of winning as eligible purchase entries.
5. How Iron Ticket Promotions Work
Iron Ticket promotions may work in one or more of the following ways:
- A physical Iron Ticket may be included inside eligible Iron Bean Coffee Co. orders.
- A digital code may be emailed or otherwise provided to eligible participants.
- Winners may be selected by random drawing.
- Certain tickets or codes may be marked as instant winners.
- Specific promotions may include additional instructions announced by Iron Bean Coffee Co.
If a specific Iron Ticket promotion has separate posted rules, those rules will apply in addition to these general rules. If there is a conflict, the specific promotion rules will control.
6. Prizes
Prizes may include, but are not limited to:
- Coffee
- Merchandise
- Apparel
- Mugs
- Gift cards
- Store credit
- Discount codes
- Special releases
- Other items selected by Iron Bean Coffee Co.
Prizes have no cash value unless specifically stated.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged for cash. Iron Bean Coffee Co. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, the number of Iron Tickets issued, the number of prizes available, and the specific structure of each promotion.
No purchase entry odds will be the same as purchase entry odds.
8. How to Claim a Prize
To claim a prize, the potential winner must follow the instructions printed on the Iron Ticket, included with the digital code, or posted by Iron Bean Coffee Co.
Winners may be required to provide:
- Full name
- Email address
- Shipping address
- Photo of the winning Iron Ticket or code
- Order number, if applicable
- Additional verification reasonably requested by Iron Bean Coffee Co.
Prize claims must be submitted by the deadline listed on the ticket, promotion post, email, or announcement. If no deadline is listed, prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the promotion ending.
Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited.
9. Verification
All winning entries, tickets, and codes are subject to verification by Iron Bean Coffee Co.
A ticket, code, screenshot, email, or claim is not valid unless confirmed by Iron Bean Coffee Co.
Iron Bean Coffee Co. may reject any entry or prize claim that appears to be altered, copied, duplicated, tampered with, forged, incomplete, illegible, obtained through fraud, or otherwise in violation of these rules.
Basically: don’t be weird. We roast coffee, not court filings.
10. Shipping
Unless otherwise stated, Iron Bean Coffee Co. will cover standard shipping for physical prizes shipped within the United States.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdelivered, or returned prize shipments once they have been provided to the carrier.
If a prize is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Iron Bean Coffee Co. may, at its discretion, attempt to reship the prize or declare the prize forfeited.
11. Taxes
Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with accepting a prize.
If required by law, Iron Bean Coffee Co. may request additional information from a winner for tax reporting purposes.
12. Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners allow Iron Bean Coffee Co. to use their first name, state, social media handle, submitted photos, comments, or prize-related content for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.
We may celebrate winners publicly, but we are not selling your soul to the coffee gods. Probably.
13. Conduct
Iron Bean Coffee Co. reserves the right to disqualify any person who:
- Violates these rules
- Attempts to manipulate or abuse the promotion
- Submits false information
- Uses automated entry methods
- Harasses, threatens, or abuses Iron Bean Coffee Co., its staff, customers, or community
- Attempts to sell, duplicate, alter, or forge an Iron Ticket or code
We reserve the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility, prize claims, and disputes.
14. Technical Problems
Iron Bean Coffee Co. is not responsible for technical failures, website errors, email delivery issues, lost entries, delayed messages, corrupted files, carrier issues, platform outages, payment processor errors, or any other issue outside our reasonable control.
If a promotion cannot run as intended, we may cancel, suspend, modify, or restart the promotion.
15. Social Media Disclaimer
Iron Ticket promotions may be announced or promoted on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, or other platforms.
Unless specifically stated, Iron Ticket promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
By participating, you release those platforms from any responsibility related to the promotion.
16. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Iron Bean Coffee Co., its owners, employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in an Iron Ticket promotion or acceptance, use, misuse, or delivery of any prize.
17. Privacy
Information collected for Iron Ticket promotions will be used to administer the promotion, verify winners, deliver prizes, and communicate with participants.
We will not sell your personal information because that’s gross.

Requests must be received within 60 days after the promotion ends.
19. Final Decision
All decisions made by Iron Bean Coffee Co. regarding Iron Ticket promotions are final.
We want these promotions to be fun, fair, and a little chaotic in the best possible way. We reserve the right to protect the promotion, the brand, and the Iron Bean Nation from fraud, nonsense, and general tomfoolery.
