This coffee is an intensely roasted Single Origin Sumatra Mandheling suitable for only the elite coffee drinker. (That's you by the way)

Our dark roast is a more traditional Indonesian coffee that is edgier and smokier accentuating the earthy factor and is prime example of a classic Indonesian Sumatra coffee.
Very thick, creamy, and chocolaty. You may also find notes of strong cedar, sweet tobacco, wine & spice.

Iron bean makes incredibly delicious coffee, we started with samples of EVERYTHING and through the years have dabbled with almost every bean that’s been introduced. Our current favorite beans are “drink from the skulls of your enemy” and “integrity” as we prefer dark stronger coffee. Grab a sampler, settle in with your preferred method of brewing and get ready for some go juice… I’d wager you’ll find a bean you like better than what your currently drinking.

This coffee is very good. I have been searching for a dark roast Sumatra since my personal roaster closed. I have found a new source. Not bitter, full flavor, with subtle nuances like a good bourbon.
