This coffee smells and tastes incredible. Carrot cake is my favorite dessert so I couldn’t pass on this one. I find the flavor subtle enough that, even if you don’t like flavored coffee, you need to try it!

This flavor is weird. Not weird as in unpleasant, weird as in, "It's a very weird sensation to be drinking carrot cake." It's like enjoying a nice cup of coffee with a nice piece of carrot cake. Only you're drinking them both. At the same time. Seriously, they nailed the flavor! This is definitely on the favorites list, I hope it's available regularly!

I’m not one for flavored coffee but this one is so good and smooth! Just a slight carrot cake taste, but not over powering.
I love the subtle spice flavors in this. Repeat purchase.
Like drinking dessert without the calories and the cream cheese frosting. Smells heavenly. Smooth, well roasted, I love IBCC coffee as I need little to no cream to reduce the acidity and makes great cold brew too. I have learned a trick to make ice cubes with extra brew...then can have a non diluted cold one or jazz up an old cup with some flavored cubes.

I love this one. It reminds of my mom's homemade carrot cake and my grandma's to. Add a little french vanilla creamer and it makes my day. I was telling my friend about this coffee and she wants to try it. So I am given her some to try.

I'm not sure about this one, I'm not tasting carrot cake. It's not bad but I won't be buying this one again it's not one of my favorites. I have my loves and I'd rather get them lol.
So while this isn't my favorite roast I found it helped if I brewed it with a little cinnamon to bring out the flavors more. I still brewed every bean and drank it all.
I am blown away at just how amazing Carrot Cake is. You can really taste the cream cheese frosting. From bean to Ground to brew, the scent is exhilarating and the taste even better. Smooth with no acidity.
Perfect blend of spice. Perfectly roasted to perfection. I great anytime coffee. Will be buying this again.
