We pack 450 lbs of specialty Colombian coffee into Elijah Craig barrels, toss in eight pounds of orange rind, real Ceylon & Mexican cinnamon sticks, and let the whole thing rage for 35 days. No flavor oils, no fake junk — just wood, spice, citrus, and legit bourbon soaking straight into the bean.

The result? A cup that pounces with sweet bourbon heat, bold roast, citrus bite, and a warm cinnamon finish. It’s rich, complex, and just dangerous enough to keep you coming back for another pour.
