Originally Roasted by hand in a cast Iron Skillet just like all of our coffee...this one really stood out and still does.
Extraordinarily Versatile and very smooth, rich, and clean. fuller bodied and lower acidity the main tone will be a deep semi-sweet chocolate smoke note balanced with just a hint of a floral aspect. This Honduran is a sweet, balanced, clean coffee with a nice spice note and slight black pepper and a little caramel at the lighter roasts.
A very nice single-origin breakfast coffee..

I’ve been drinking Iron Bean coffee on and off now for a couple of years. I’ve tried several different beans and different roasts. While all of them were great in their own respects and will continue to buy them on occasion, I’ve finally made the decision to commit and I bought 5# of Cast Iron for my everyday grind. It’s smooth and has a nice flavor that you just don’t get with store bought commercial coffee. I will always slip in and buy some Ride or Die, maybe some Fierce to fire me up but Cast Iron is my daily subsistence.
Thank you Fred and Chanell. Glad to hear Punta Cana was so great. You two deserved it.
Now, back to work, people need their caffeine!
Thanks, Kim
Consistency at its finest!
Bag after bag after bag, I have ordered.
The quality never slacks. From super fast shipping to the quality of the roast.
I’d give it 10 stars if possible. I’m a monthly subscriber and have been for years.
I live in SW Louisiana where food and drink is a major part of the culture.
We take pride in our Louisiana roasted Community Coffee. I have all that right here at my back door and yet I still order monthly from IRON BEAN COFFEE! 👊🏻🇺🇸
I absolutely adore Iron Bean Coffee! Since we have been using Iron Bean, I can't drink any other coffee. There is so much less acid in this coffee. It tastes amazing and I don't plan to switch any time soon. Also, they send really cool stickers and magnets that my kids are using to decorate my refrigerator. Thanks Iron Bean!
Was looking for a slightly less costly alternative to Monsoon Malabar. This coffee is very impressive. Excellent flavor. I like mellow flavored and less acidic coffee. This meets all my taste preferences. Love it!
Iron Bean Coffee is a staple at my house here in Louisiana!
The shipping is always fast, the coffee is always so fresh, and taste so great!
The Bags are always full.. During these tough economic times the amount of coffee beans that comes for the price sure is nice!
Opening the box and getting that first smell is like Christmas every month.
From time to time I order extra to share with my friends!
This is fantastic coffee. It smells amazing before you even brew a pot. Its always smooth and has a perfect flavor. You can choose any roast from iron bean and be satisfied. But cast iron is in our top two we absolutely love it.
