Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Natural Process

There is something pretty special and unique about an Ethiopian natural when it’s at its best. We are excited to introduce one such coffee. 

Bright, sweet with a very diverse flavor set. Soft fruit, citrus, herbal, chocolate, malt, and smoke are just a few of the main flavors one can see in this cup. 

This is a tricky coffee to roast – classic Ethiopian natural, some cultivated beans, some wild beans, a diversity of roast colors will be seen but that all adds to the heritage of this bean type.

  • Iron Bean's "Dark Rocko" is a dark roast coffee made with 100% Single Origin Ethiopian Heirloom Arabica beans. The mother of all all Coffee's.

The best dark roast I have found! After leaving BRCC when there quality went down we tried many veteran owned coffees, but this one overwhelmed!! As soon as you open the bag, much less brew the pot, this is what coffee should be. Ethiopia is where it all started, and this bag nails it, thank you!!!

The last few times that the order has been delivered, including this time, when I opened the bag it didn't smell fresh roasted and the beans were not dark and a bit oily. The taste didn't seem to be affected much. But I do love the smell and look of the fresh roasted product.
